Returns, Restocking, & Damaged/Defective Products
We are truly grateful that we maintain a 100% customer satisfaction record! Please reach out to us to let us know if you have any questions about our policy or need to request a return/credit. No returns accepted on special order items.
Customer Returns
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase of OraWellness products from you and returns it to your store, you are responsible for issuing their refund to them.
However, if this occurs, please reach out to us so we can take care of you, too. We will credit your account for the OraWellness wholesale price (not the price that you charged the customer) of the product that your customer is returning to you (excluding all shipping fees).
The deadline for these types of returns/refunds is the same as the return policy you have in place for your store, but not to exceed 365 days from the original order date.
Wholesaler Returns
Our return/credit policy excludes all shipping fees, and we do not provide return shipping labels.
Products may be returned (with prior approval from OraWellness) within 60 days of the wholesaler’s order date, and they are subject to a 20% restock fee.
To receive credit, the returned product(s) must be in new, salable condition. Please contact us to request the shipping address for returning products.
If a Wholesaler’s OraWellness Order Arrives Damaged
We carefully package all orders, but if your product arrives with damage that occurred during shipping, please notify us promptly. If you are not fully satisfied with the delivered condition of any products, we guarantee a comparable replacement or full credit.
Note that we will make it good with you for any shipping mishaps related to products or orders that we (OraWellness) ship to you (the wholesaler). However, we are not responsible for any shipping mishaps related to OraWellness products that you (the wholesaler) ship to your customers.
So, if you’ll be shipping our products to your customers, please pack them carefully, and be sure to use a reliable shipping carrier. :)
If the Product Has a Manufacturer's Defect
Again, please notify us promptly. If it is indeed a production error, we will provide a comparable replacement or full credit.
